Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
1. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at Glowempireusa@gmail.com.
2. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at Glowempireusa@gmail.com for further instructions.
4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
5. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Trackable Shipping.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive returns. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
